Our terms and conditions relate to your booking and visit to an event at Shoreditch Town Hall. By purchasing a ticket you agree to these terms and conditions. Please take time to read them carefully.
Terms & Conditions
Tickets are non–returnable and non-refundable except when an event is cancelled.
Exchanges & Resale
If you cannot attend a performance for any reason, we will try to exchange your tickets for another performance of the same event for a fee of £1.50. On rare occasions we may be able to resell your ticket. However this is only if and when we've sold out any other available tickets and is always at our discretion. We charge a fee of £1.50 for this service.
Concessions are available to full-time students, those aged under 21, senior citizens, unwaged, and people with registered disabilities. All concessions are subject to availability and must be mentioned at the time of booking.
All young people under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All bookings are subject to a fee of £1.50 per transaction.

Terms & Conditions - at the event
The management reserve the right to refuse admission and to take any appropriate action to enforce this. The Town Hall reserves it's right to alter or amend the programme as necessary as a result of unforeseen circumstances.
Sound & lighting
Some events may contain sound levels/effects which can cause injury to your hearing. Some events include lighting effects which may affect some people. Warning notices will be posted around the venue.
Shoreditch Town Hall is a no smoking venue. This includes the use of electronic cigarettes.
Photography and recording
Shoreditch Town Hall reserves the right to refuse entry of and use on the premises of any camera or form of audio visual recording equipment .
Inside the auditorium
Please switch off mobile phones, or turn them to silent when entering the auditorium.
We cannot guarantee that latecomers will be admitted to the performance. Where possible, latecomers may only be allowed into the auditorium during a suitable break in the performance, which may not be until the interval.
