Don your sharpest threads and head to Shoreditch Town Hall as we Swing into Spring!

Get in the groove with the beginner or intermediate Swing dance class led by Simon Selmon & the SwingdanceUK team to kick off the evening where you can learn some hot moves that will keep you dancing all night long to our live swing band.

With vintage tunes from the 30s, 40s and 50s courtesy of DJ Simon "Mr Kicks" Selmon and performances from SwingdanceUK's Diamond Girls & SugarFoot Stompers, plus the band The Swing Ninjas will have the joint jumpin' as you jive, jitterbug and shim sham shimmy your way through the evening.

Plus this year we are holding the second Shoreditch Town Hall Swing Dance Championships, a fun competition to find this year’s champs: enter on the night with a partner - any Swing or Authentic Jazz style welcome. Finals judged by audience applause.

This event will operate with a coloured wristband system whereby participants can indicate whether they feel comfortable dancing with others or wish to only dance with one partner.
