You are invited to join us for a very special Town Hall Tea Dance, celebrating the 10^th anniversary of the first tea dance to take place in our magnificent Assembly Hall.

Shoreditch Town Hall’s flagship Tea Dance launched back in 2013, bringing people from Hackney and the wider community together monthly ever since. Celebrate this very special anniversary with us in the fabulously decked-out Assembly Hall.

Enjoy bubbles on arrival (non-alcoholic substitute available) with delicious cake from East London bakery Rinkoff’s, all included in the price of your ticket. Tea and coffee will also be provided free of charge. New dancers, all ages, tea dance regulars and first time visitors alike are all very welcome.

Mr Wonderful, our resident DJ who has been bringing enthusiasm and energy to the dances since the very first event 10 years ago, will be providing entertainment, and a Beginners’ Dance Class led by former world champion, Raymond Root, will take place from 12pm-1pm before the dance.

We are no longer able to accept reservations for this event. Tickets are £6 if purchased in advance, and £10 on the door. The Beginners Dance Class is an additional £2.

The £6 advance ticket price is only available until 11am on the day of the Tea Dance you are booking for. Any purchases made after this time will be charged the £10 on the door price.
