This year we’ve partnered with KIN, a bespoke event management agency, to house the most epic work Chirstmas Party you have ever seen. With Shoreditch Town Hall being their new home for their Christmas Social, KIN have brought a new theme, 1920’s Vintage Glamour to their spectacular parties. We caught up with Grace to discuss all things festive.
What makes KIN Christmas Socials more epic than the typical Christmas party?
At KIN, we truly know how to throw an unforgettable party! We dedicate time to understanding exactly what our clients envision for their event and ensure we bring it to life on the big night. As a dynamic team of five creative women, we collaborate to deliver a “wow” experience, incorporating unique, never-seen-before entertainment and obsessing over every last detail. From Instagram-worthy moments to crowd-pleasing dance floors and perfectly crafted cocktails, we step into the shoes of our clients to create a celebration that exceeds every expectation.
What elements of the Roaring 20s do you want to bring to the Christmas Social 2024?
Sure, you’ve probably been to a Roaring 20s-themed party before—but ours is nothing like the usual. At KIN, we’re reinventing the vibe, blending the coolest aspects of the era with our unique, modern twist. Forget the tired Gatsby clichés and outdated silhouette panels; we’re talking massive disco balls everywhere, extravagant feather centerpieces draped in pearls, luxurious velvet furniture, a shimmering DJ booth, and a starlit dancefloor.
The fun doesn’t stop there—think playful props for guests to dress up, stunning mirror vinyls, and even disco-ball-inspired performers to greet your guests. To set the mood, immersive video loops of flapper girls and jazz bands transport everyone to the simplicity and glamour of the 1920s. It’s an escape from the chaos of the modern world, wrapped in elegance, fun, and over-the-top spectacle.
What makes Shoreditch Town Hall the perfect venue for your Christmas parties?
From the moment you approach Shoreditch Town Hall, it exudes grandeur. Dramatic orange uplighting illuminates the building, making it unmissable from down the street. Step inside, and you’re greeted by an elegant double-sided staircase that leads to the breathtaking Assembly Hall. With its stunning architectural details, from intricate ceilings to gilded walls, the space radiates timeless beauty.
We enhance these features with our signature decor, highlighting the hall’s golden accents to create an even more dazzling atmosphere. Your guests will feel both pampered and relaxed, enjoying a perfect balance of sophistication and festive fun. And when it’s time to party, the starlit dancefloor will keep them dancing all night long!
How much flexibility do your Christmas parties offer?
At KIN, we embrace a can-do approach because we know every Christmas party deserves its own unique flair. While we’ve simplified the process with an all-inclusive package that takes all the stress off your shoulders, we also love working with you to make the event truly yours.
Want to add some extra entertainment, like a jazz band, roaming magician, or flapper dancers? We’ve got it covered. Need help selecting the perfect menu from our exceptional traders?
