Have you always wanted to learn how to dance?
Do you have some old dancing shoes that need dusting off?
Ever wished you could dance like the pros on Strictly?
Then look no further!
Join us for a monthly Beginners’ Dance Class covering the basics on a range of styles and dances from the foxtrot and the quickstep to swing and Latin American. Absolutely no previous experience is required and you don’t have to worry about getting anything wrong – there’ll be no judging panel!
Learn to dance in this relaxed and informal session led by former world dance champion, Raymond Root, in the beautiful Assembly Hall. And if you really get into the swing of things, then you can join us after the class for a Town Hall Tea Dance from 1pm in the same space. Click here for details.
A small entry fee of £2 will apply to cover the costs of the class, payable on arrival. No need to book.
