Heated Rivalry has taken to world by storm and and many of the queer community have fallen in love with Ilya and Shane, but the dykes have been asking the question, where is our version of this?
Booted Rivalry is the butch 4 butch jock romance you’ve all been waiting for!
50% screaming, 50% the worm, 100% unhinged, Fabio Lezonli is back with his well-known crowd work, comedy skills and unhinged nature. This time, he'll be joined by your favourite American diner parody Booters to celebrate your local butches, studs and mascs in their first stage cabaret!

We'll be hosting an Open Mic on Saturday 11 July in our bar to celebrate the opening week of Summer in The Ditch 2026. If you want to try out some quick material, sing a ballad or show us your close up magic skills, then pop by with your tap shoes. MC'd by our very own Helen Highwater. 8.30 - 9pm, booking isn't required, just turn up.

Following the success of our annual artist takeover, Summer in The Ditch returns for a third year to showcase a dynamic mix of camp, queer, and cult work in our basement space.
With experimental new work, and rough and ready sessions from artists, ventriloquists, singers and performers, anything can happen and the unexpected is always welcome.

All performances will be relaxed: audiences are allowed to move around, make noise and leave the room. Latecomers will be admitted.

Since bursting onto the scene at the beginning of 2023, Fabio Lezonli has left his mark upon thousands of unsuspecting audience members. Co-creating of The Schitts Show - A Drag Parody paying homage to Schitts Creek and creator of previous Summer in The Ditch act, Drag - The Best and The Cursed.
You may also know this multi award winning drag king from the 2023 Man Up final, NADC 4.0 semi-final, Top of the Slops final, or just round the corner scaring the neighbours.
Fabio will also be appearing on your screens this year in Best of The World with Queer Eye's Antoni Porowski.
Booters Butch Bar & Diner is the ultimate dyke diner experience in London!
They celebrate lesbian, bi and trans culture with a focus on queer masculinity. After rave reviews in Time Out, Huck Magazine and British Vogue, and having toured in New York City, Paris, Dublin and Berlin, they are excited to produce their first stage cabaret with Fabio Lezonli in 2026 at Summer in The Ditch!
