Where is my ticket?

We issue e-tickets which you can print at home or display on your phone or tablet when you arrive.

Tickets are sent by email as a PDF attachment. If you did not receive your tickets, please email marketing@shoreditchtownhall.com.

Unfortunately we are unable to post tickets.

What is your refunds policy?

Tickets are non-refundable except when an event is cancelled.

Can I exchange or re-sell my ticket?
